Our History
Michelle Machen founded the agency in 1998, soon joined by Rick Filkins, who also founded American Eagle Bail Bonds. Both shared a mission to help people gain their freedom with integrity and empathy. In 2014, the two agencies merged together and, enhancing their experience and resources, created a powerful statewide network of professional bail agents in Idaho.
